PROCEDURE:

We require a Standby Letter of Credit(IF THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE DO NOT BOTHER TO ENQUIER), after the contract of sale has

Been signed, opened to our bankers.

We will then have the parcel exported with the Kimberley Process

Certification and all relevant documentation sent by special courier

To any destination the Buyer wishes.

The Buyer /valuator will evaluate the parcel and retain possession,

And, have the amount swifted to our bank account.

The SBLC may stand for the next shipment and so on, if required.

We can ship amounts of up to USD$50million at a time.

The buyer must sign full FICA documentation as is required by law for

Most diamond and gold transactions.

If the above meets with acceptance we will then send the full

Documentation for the Buyers perusal and acceptance and finalize a

Transaction. We do prefer long term contracts of 6 months to 12 months.
